LESSON OVERVIEW

The “MyPlate” guidelines from the US Department of Agriculture help us to envision how a healthy diet should look. It shows us that a healthy diet consists of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, protein, and dairy. Eating foods from these groups helps to keep our bodies growing and strong!
